MKV.to was made because the Matroska file format existed a while ago in hopes to advance arbitrary patent and licensing things. It is a well used and not well used format. It in theory is one of the best containers to store works in but years in it is not as used as one would like it to be. Nonetheless MKV.to was made with love and hope that it will be useful to you.
